General Description:
Responsible for making and servicing a variety of secured and unsecured business loans or lines of credit requests and decisions involving a variety of businesses and individual customers.
Manage customer relationships within an assigned portfolio
Responsible for originating a variety of secured and unsecured business loans
Analyze complex financial statements and tax returns
Review collateral, appraisals, insurance documents, and otherwise underwrite commercial credit using industry standard practices and ratio analysis
Prepare loan reports and credit memos for review
Properly close and fund approved loans consistent with bank policy
Monitor and track loan exceptions
Consistently and diligently manage delinquent accounts
Represent the bank in the community through community service and civic involvement.
Call on prospective clients
Generate leads through other networking activities
All other tasks as requested by management: (10%)
