Orangeburg County's ECC is seeking a Training Officer to plan, develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for Public Safety Telecommunicators, ensuring APCO/NENA and county standards are met. The role administers the CTO Program, coordinates initial and continuing education, and maintains training records.
Additional duties include QA/QI participation, records management, and collaboration with the Sheriff’s Office, municipal police, fire departments, EMS and other agencies.
