DescriptionSupply Specialist - USARCENT G4
CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Shaw AFB, South Carolina - on-site
EmploymentFull-time | 1 anticipated position | Anticipated 12-month period of performance, subject to contract award, funding, option exercise, and Government requirements.
ScheduleMonday-Friday, , with a 30-minute unpaid meal period; alternate schedules require approval.
ClearanceSecret clearance is required for this position. The Government recommends that the required Secret clearance be active at the time of hire. Final clearance and access requirements are subject to the awarded contract and applicable Government requirements.
Position SummaryProvide supply readiness, accountability, requirements, and status-analysis support to USARCENT G4. Maintain accurate visibility of assigned supply actions and coordinate issues that affect readiness, availability, or accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Track and analyze supply requirements, requisitions, status, shortages, excesses, due-ins, and readiness impacts.
- Review records and reports for accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support corrective action.
- Prepare status products, data calls, briefings, forecasts, and recommendations.
- Coordinate supply issues with maintenance, transportation, munitions, supported units, and other stakeholders.
- Support property and supply accountability using approved Government procedures and systems.
- Maintain action and suspense records through documented completion.
- Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance as required by the PWS. The Government recommends that the required Secret clearance be active at the time of hire.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card, installation access, and required Government system/network access; performance cannot begin while required access is pending.
- Must possess English-language proficiency sufficient to perform the essential duties of the position, prepare required reports and deliverables, and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel. Must comply with applicable workplace and installation conduct requirements.
- Must use Government-furnished equipment and authorized systems for performance; unauthorized personal devices or removable media are prohibited on Government networks.
- Must complete required security, cyber/IA, OPSEC, anti-terrorism, iWATCH, and local training. Possible CONUS or OCONUS travel may be designated after award.
- Five or more years of Army or DoD supply, materiel management, logistics readiness, or property-accountability experience.
- Knowledge of requisition, inventory, accountability, status, and supply-readiness processes.
- Experience with Army logistics systems relevant to the assigned work, such as GCSS-Army or equivalent; candidates should identify specific systems on the resume.
- Strong data-quality, research, reporting, and customer-coordination skills.
- Relevant supply, logistics, or property-accountability education or certification is preferred but is not stated as a Government requirement.
