Employment
Full-time | 1 anticipated position | Anticipated 12-month period of performance, subject to contract award, funding, option exercise, and Government requirements.
Schedule
Monday-Friday, , with a 30-minute unpaid meal period; alternate schedules require approval.
Clearance
Secret clearance is required for this position. The Government recommends that the required Secret clearance be active at the time of hire. Final clearance and access requirements are subject to the awarded contract and applicable Government requirements.
Position Summary
Support USARCENT G1 personnel plans, operations, policy execution, staff actions, and readiness visibility. Manage assigned actions as controlled cases from receipt through validation, coordination, completion, and documented closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, review, prioritize, and track personnel plans, readiness, policy, and staff-action requirements.
- Validate source documentation and data before processing or coordinating personnel actions.
- Prepare clear staffing products, reports, briefings, correspondence, trackers, and recommendations.
- Coordinate actions with supported offices and resolve discrepancies while protecting personnel information.
- Maintain suspense visibility, audit-ready records, and evidence of completed actions.
- Identify risks to personnel readiness or deadlines and elevate them with recommended corrective action.
Contract Requirements
- Must possess and maintain a Secret security clearance as required by the PWS. The Government recommends that the required Secret clearance be active at the time of hire.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card, installation access, and required Government system/network access; performance cannot begin while required access is pending.
- Must possess English-language proficiency sufficient to perform the essential duties of the position, prepare required reports and deliverables, and communicate effectively with Government and contractor personnel. Must comply with applicable workplace and installation conduct requirements.
