Position: Physical Therapy Assistant Outpatient (FT) - Sumter

Administer physical therapy treatment plans to alleviate pain, restore function, and promote overall health.;
Communicate goals with patient and family; tailor treatment to learning style and therapeutic needs; consider psychosocial, cultural, spiritual needs based on plan.;
Maintain patient records: evaluations, re-evaluations, progress, treatment notes, discharge summaries within time guidelines.;
Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary team; discuss patient progress or complications; clarify orders.;
Contribute to department performance through professional development, mentoring, and meetings.
