Travel Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Sumter, South Carolina)
American Traveler is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment beginning 4 June 2026, 40 hours per week.
Assignment Overview- Start Date:
06 Apr 2026 - Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours:
40 hrs/wk (8‑hour day shifts) - Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:30 AM–5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
- Location:
Outpatient PT within a rehabilitation hospital system, with possible floating to other units/campuses. - Position:
Days, 5x8 hrs - Openings: 1
Daily patient load of 10–12 patients; requires one year of recent outpatient PT experience, 1 year of Epic EMR proficiency, lifting and transfer skills, and a valid PT license (if applicable). This day‑shift role may involve floating to other units or campuses within the system based on census needs.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient PT experience
- Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred
- Lifting and transfer skills required
- 1 year of Epic EMR experience
- Two professional references required for consideration
- Valid PT license required if applicable
- Driver's license required for consideration
- First‑time travelers welcome
- Teal scrubs required
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from Prisma Health flagship hospitals (Prisma Richland or Prisma Greenville)
