Moe's Southwest Grill - Up to $75000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and increased profitability.;
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction in areas of Quality, Service & Cleanliness.;
Provide direction to team members regarding operational and procedural issues and develop them through feedback and performance reviews.;
Maintain an accurate staffing plan, interview prospective employees, and ensure the four steps of staffing are followed.;
Ensure compliance with food safety standards (Serv Safe) and Moe's operational standards.
