THE JOB:As a Cocktail Service Attendant at The Bellagio's Club Prive , you'll keep the energy flowing by delivering prompt, polished drink service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and taken care of. THE STARTING RATE:14.9053 USD Hourly + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:- Take order, serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable
- Place order, garnish and serve cocktails to guests
- Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures
- Answer telephone in service areas and direct calls where necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations and tables
- Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries
- Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise, refer the matter to management, notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
- 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience preferred
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Experience working in a similar resort setting preferred
