Delta Solutions & Strategies is actively seeking a full time PPBE Analyst at Shaw Air Force Base, SC.
What you will be doing:- Lead and coordinate development POM inputs in accordance with MAJCOM guidance and timelines.
- Develop, analyze, and validate funding requirements across multiple appropriations (O&M, MILPERS, RDT&E, Procurement, etc.).
- Translate strategic guidance (NDS, CSAF priorities, MAJCOM objectives) into executable programmatic resource proposals.
- Identify funding shortfalls, disconnects, and unfunded requirements.
- Build and maintain POM issue papers, change proposals, reclamas, and decision briefings.
- Conduct cost analysis and funding trade-off assessments to support leadership decisions.
- Support Program Budget Reviews (P ), Program Reviews (PR), and associated drill processes.
- Analyze historical execution trends and future year defense program (FYDP) impacts.
