• System Design, Troubleshooting & Administration

• Maintain, monitor, and support People Soft components including Web Logic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and Application Messaging.
• Support People Soft environments running on Oracle UNIX, Windows, and Oracle Infrastructure.
• Apply Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant.
• Install and configure People Tools components, including:
• Integration Broker
• Interaction Hub
• Secure Enterprise Search (SES)
• People Soft Test Framework
• Configure Integration Broker Gateway, Services, Service Operations, Queues, Routings, and Application Messaging for integrations.
• Install new People Soft environments and refresh non-production environments.

• Technical Support

• Manage security administration for HR systems and applications.
• Provide support according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor system performance and services across all People Soft environments.
• Troubleshoot development and production application issues across multiple platforms.
• Assist with debugging and tuning batch processing cycles.
• Maintain and administer Linux and Windows batch server environments.

• Experience with security administration for HR systems and applications
• 5+ years of experience with People Tools 8.59 or higher, including:
  People Code, Application Engine, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, Data Mover, Query, nVision Reports, People Soft Test Framework
• Experience maintaining and supporting People Soft environments and components
• Experience applying Tax Updates using PUM and Change Assistant
• Experience installing and configuring People Tools components
• Experience installing new People Soft environments and refreshing non-production environments
• Experience troubleshooting development and production application issues
• Experience administering Linux and Windows batch servers
• Experience monitoring People Soft system performance
• Experience debugging and tuning batch cycles

• Experience with security administration for access to global HR systems and applications
• Experience monitoring system performance and administration of services for all of the People Soft environments
• Experience assisting with debugging and tuning the batch cycle
