NetSuite Engineer

Overview

Position Title: Net Suite Engineer

Manages Net Suite and integrated functions for the company.

• Directly support our finance and sales systems by designing and implementing high-quality technical solutions for critical business needs
• Proactively research new Net Suite features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements
• Document Net Suite initiatives and solutions to promote asynchronous communication across the entire company
• Partner with Finance, Sales and IT to understand end-user needs and create a roadmap for success
• Act as the primary point of contact for all development and implementation of customizations for all Net Suite-related matters
• Troubleshoot process, application, and functional issues with the intention to elevate our systems
• Act as a subject matter expert on technical aspects, with the ability to translate technical initiatives to non-technical audiences
• Develop, design and deploy ERP integrations, new customizations through scripting
• Enforce proper governance of data and drive best practices for advanced business intelligence within Net Suite

Skills:

• Required:
  
  At least 2+ years’ experience in ERP/CRM platforms, Net Suite preferred
• Required:
  
  At least 2+ years’ experience administrating/developing technology solutions for Net Suite including scripting, workflows, csv imports, user provisioning and roles definition
• Has experience with third party integration tools and Net Suite APIs (Celigo, CRM integrations)
• Experience in large scale software development, scripting, and project management
• Understand and create business requirements, technical analysis and design, coding, testing, and implementation of customizations within software environment
• Proven track record working collaboratively with project stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Desired:
  Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Agile or Scrum experience a plus

Education:

• Required:
  
  BS in Computer Science or related field

  Understanding of Web development technologies
