Micro Tech is seeking a Communications Focal Point (CFP) Service Desk support resource for the Combined Air Operations Center (CAOC) at Shaw AFB. The CFP Help Desk provides support for end users across Enterprise and AOC networks, including client hardware and software issues on the CAOC floor.
The role requires an Associate degree or 2+ years in IT Help Desk, plus DoD 8140 DCWF 451, Intermediate Level and an Active Secret Clearance.
