Micro Tech is seeking a Communications Focal Point (CFP) Service Desk specialist to support the CAOC at Shaw AFB. The role provides Tier 1 help desk and client hardware/software troubleshooting across enterprise networks.
You will work on the AOC floor, respond to incidents by phone or remote access, and coordinate with back shops to resolve issues, with rigorous verification before closing tickets. DoD 8140 DCWF 451 certification and active Secret clearance are required.
