We are seeking talented military operations and intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting the client's implementation teams to support and strengthen the unique partnerships with the user base while deploying cutting edge technology. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, develop new use cases, all while solving unique and challenging problems.
Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise while ensuring the customers' continued success. These are customer facing roles that require strong communication and attention to detail.
- Set up and maintain Palantir systems on-site
- Test, troubleshoot, and fix system issues.
- Train users on how to operate and maintain both hardware and software.
- Quickly respond to and resolve technical problems.
- Log all activities, issues, and fixes.
- Support system upgrades and changes.
- Work closely with military teams and other users to ensure smooth adoption.
- Share feedback to improve the system based on real-world use.
Pay Range:
Pay will be hourly and varies by level of experience and location. Average Range: ~$35-89/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- 3-10+ years of experience supporting operational users in a field service, intelligence, analytics, or mission-support role within a defense or military environment.
- Recent, hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, with a strong emphasis on Foundry Workshop and Ontology Manager
- Demonstrated experience supporting customer-facing deployments, rollouts, or operational tools in high-tempo environments.
- Strong ability to manage communications across multiple stakeholders, including operational units, headquarters staff, and technical development teams.
- Experience gathering, triaging, and prioritizing user feedback or feature requests and translating them into actionable guidance for engineering teams.
- Familiarity with military operational workflows, reporting processes, and intelligence or operational data environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort serving as a first-line support resource for mission-critical systems.
- Ability to work on-site and support CONUS and/or OCONUS operations and travel as needed.
- Prior military background or experience supporting Marine Corps or joint operational units.
- Familiarity with Marine Corps data sources and systems such as GCSS-MC, MCTFS, or related enterprise data environments.
- Experience embedding with or directly supporting HQMC, USMC, or PP&O organizations.
- Hands-on experience building or configuring solutions within Foundry Workshop beyond basic usage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with military personnel and end-users.
