BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to provide remote and on-site technical support for Pyxis automated dispensing systems across the assigned territory. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain proprietary hardware and software while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong customer relationships.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of combined hardware/software IT support, excellent communication, and a willingness to travel (up to 25% overnight). A valid driver’s license is required.
