This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Project Manager, located in Charleston County, SC. The Mechanical Project Manager will oversee and manage mechanical construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include coordinating building services, overseeing plumbing installations, managing procurement processes, budgeting, and ensuring all mechanical engineering standards are met. The role involves collaborating with team members, contractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are achieved.

• Proficiency in Mechanical, Duct & Plumbing Systems
• Experience in Procurement and Budgeting
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical principles
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Charleston County, SC
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
