Be a Box Maker at Hood Container! Join Hood Container Corporation and experience the difference! We’re a growing leader in the corrugated packaging industry, and we’re looking for skilled and motivated corrugated professionals who have experience working on a J&L Folder Gluer
. Immediate opening on 3rd shift (11:00 pm–7:00 am) Mon–Fri.

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Set up and operate Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
• Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
• Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

• At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
• Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Prioritizes safety in all aspects of work.
• Quality mindset with a "one‑box" approach to ensure quality expectations are met and waste minimized.
• Collaborates effectively with members to achieve production goals.
