• Attention to Detail
  :
  Minimize errors; ensure accurate documentation; perform quality checks on all outgoing and incoming shipments.
• Reliability (Attendance, Task Trustworthiness):
  Adhere to work schedules and be dependable in carrying out responsibilities to completion.
• Parts Order Pulling
  :
  Locate the correct parts based on the order details; stock Kanbans; ensure proper pulling, packing, and labeling of parts orders for shipping.
• Order Packing
  :
  Utilize spray foam and pre‑shaped foam inserts to secure items in shipping boxes; ensure that all items are packed to prevent damage during transit.
• Shipping Orders
  :
  Process UPS and Fed Ex domestic orders through the respective shipping software; ensure package labeling and postage are correct before dispatch.
• RMA Receiving
  :
  Unpack returned items, verify their condition, and initiate the RMA process in the system.
• Receiving
  :
  Receive supplier deliveries and verify them against purchase orders; inspect the condition of received goods and process them into inventory.
• Forktruck Operation
  :
  Safely operate forklifts for the movement of large and heavy items.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of shipping/receiving/warehouse processes.
• Previous lift truck experience preferred.

• Organizational skills – ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Teaching ability – capability to teach others with compassion and an understanding that all people learn differently.

The Warehouse Technician position requires manual dexterity tasks, use of hand and small power tools; lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling heavy objects; ability to reach, bend, stoop, climb, or crouch; lift up to 50 lbs.; stand for extended periods; safely navigate lift trucks around others in a manufacturing environment.
