Overview
Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility. Must be willing to work 2nd shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Monitor feed sampling.
- Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
- Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.
- Match feed delivery tickets, etc.
- Scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
- Recommend personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions.
Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
ExperienceTypically requires a minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
Additional InformationThe position may require post-offer drug, alcohol, and background checks. Employment eligibility verification is documented by the end of the third day of work.
