Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a SWBD - Production Associate (Chassis) for the Sumter, SC facility. The role involves assembling switchboards/panel boards on a 5:00 am – 1:30 pm shift, using hand and power tools, and following drawings/diagrams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
You will work with a team on various switchboard areas, contribute to process improvements, and ensure accurate component installation while adhering to lean manufacturing practices.
