Manager – Line Delivery & Sequencing

Location: Blythewood, SC (Relocation can be offered for the right candidate). On-site. Full-Time, Direct Hire. Salary: $120K–$145K + Full Benefits.

Sirius Staffing is partnering with a leading automotive manufacturer to hire a Manager of Line Delivery & Sequencing. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting a brand-new, high-volume production facility. In this role, you will lead the internal logistics operation that keeps the assembly line running smoothly, ensuring the right parts arrive at the right time and in the right order to support uninterrupted production.

This is a unique opportunity to build and shape processes from the ground up!

• Oversee end-to-end material flow from storage to assembly line
• Lead and manage Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) operations
• Manage line feeding, picking (supermarkets), and staging processes
• Direct internal transportation operations (tuggers, AGVs, forklifts)
• Build, implement, and optimize in-house material flow /logistic processes f from the ground up
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime

• 10+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing, logistics, or production
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an operational environment
• Strong experience in high-volume assembly operations
• Hands-on experience with JIT and JIS delivery systems
• Experience designing, improving, or implementing material flow processes
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

• Experience launching or supporting a new/greenfield manufacturing facility
• Background in line feeding operations and supermarket/staging setups
• Experience with internal transport systems (AGVs, tuggers, forklifts)
• Exposure to planning, strategy, and process development initiatives
• Experience managing container flow (fulls and empties)
