What You'll Do:- Set up and operate hand welding equipment
- MIG weld production parts and assemblies including bumpers, grumpers, snowplows, mounting brackets, etc.
- Perform singular welds, with minimal passes and long passes without stopping
- Read blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions
- Measure and inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Operate fabrication tools, sanders, and cutting equipment
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized shop
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6+ months of MIG welding or fabrication experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- 3 WEEKS of accrued
