Production Associate/Assembler

Pay Rate:$15.90/hour

Positions Available: 2

Schedule

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
• E Shift: 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off
• Weekends are included in the rotating schedule

We're seeking dependable Assemblers to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, inspection, and packaging of medical devices. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates who are detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging tasks.
• Set up and operate production equipment.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Inspect parts and finished products according to quality specifications.
• Follow established SOPs, work instructions, and quality guidelines.
• Use basic measurement tools, including microscopes.
• Rotate between different tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• Maintain accurate and consistent work practices.
• Work safely and maintain a clean work environment.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English instructions and specifications.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible or extended hours as needed.
• Ability to inspect parts for quality and accuracy.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive manufacturing and assembly tasks.
• Steel-toe shoes required.

Additional Requirements

• Eye exam required as part of the hiring process.
• Position requires 20/30 vision with or without corrective lenses and/or successful completion of a color vision exam.
