Our client is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be supporting the team. The ideal candidate will have manufacturing experience and attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Assembler
Location:Sumter, SC 29153.
Payrate: $17/h.
What's the Job?
- Perform fabrication, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices.
- Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Conduct quality inspections according to quality specifications.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
- Use measurement tools and microscopes as needed.
- Rotate between different production tasks and responsibilities.
- Work in a team environment to meet production goals.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0-1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience will receive first consideration.
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
- Ability to use measurement tools and microscopes.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible or extended hours when needed.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
