Continental is seeking a Die Shop Coordinator at the Sumter Plant to lead trials, coordinate sequencing, and liaise between management and hourly staff. You will oversee procurement, tooling improvements, and KPI reporting while fostering a safe, compliant, and continuously improving environment.
The role requires two+ years in a die shop, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a selected shift. This is an internal position with no visa sponsorship and no relocation support.
