This role is within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function and is ideal for a hands‑on CDP practitioner who can manage data pipelines, define audience logic, and operationalize customer data across marketing and lifecycle channels to drive measurable engagement and performance.
Responsibilities- Serve as the primary power user of the Customer Data Platform (CDP), ensuring optimal configuration and utilization of its features by Marketing and other teams.
- Manage end‑to‑end CDP workflows including data ingestion, integration requirements, audience segmentation, and activation to reliably support marketing and business use cases.
- Partner with IT and the Marketing organization to translate personalization and measurement needs into CDP‑ready requirements (events, attributes, audiences, and activation specifications), enabling execution.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in customer data platforms.
- 1+ year of experience leading projects and enhancements for customer data platforms.
- Pay range: $ – $ (base pay may vary).
