Full Time and Part Time shifts available.

Compensation: $18.50 – $21.47 per hour.

Placement within the wage range is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform the essential functions.

• Prioritize comfort while assisting residents in achieving their highest level of function.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure.
• Maintain a safe environment and assist with fall‑risk precautions.
• Collaborate with care team via interdepartmental communications.

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the State and maintain certification throughout employment.
• Meet State and federal requirements, generally 12 hours of service education.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English.
• Recent education or clinical hours required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation (vaccinated or documented exemption).
• May be required to participate in COVID‑19 testing procedures as a condition of employment.
