** Position Summary
** As a
** Wound Care Nurse (RN)**, you will provide specialized care focused on
** skin integrity and wound healing**. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that improve resident outcomes and quality of life.### ###
** Key Responsibilities
*** Provide
** direct wound care and skin treatments
** per physician orders
* Assess, monitor, and document
** wound progress and treatment effectiveness
*** Develop and update
** individualized care plans
*** Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
* Educate staff on
** wound care best practices and prevention strategies
*** Maintain accurate and compliant
** clinical documentation
*** Ensure adherence to
** infection control, safety, and regulatory standards**###
** Qualifications
* ** Active, unencumbered
** RN license in South Carolina (required)
*** Graduate of an accredited
** nursing program**
* ** Current CPR certification required
*** Ability to work
** 12-hour shifts**
* ** Prior wound care experience strongly preferred
*** Experience with
** Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
*** Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
* Passion for
