Weekend Supervisor (RN)
Johns Island Post Acute is a 132-bed skilled nursing and rehab facility located just 10 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. PositionWeekend Supervisor (RN)
Pay Range: $39.00 - $42.00 per hour
What You’ll Do- Oversee nursing operations during the weekend shift
- Support and guide nursing staff to provide exceptional resident care
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
- Respond to resident, family, and staff needs with professionalism and compassion
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for seamless care
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Long-term care or nursing home experience a plus
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for caring for seniors and leading others
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work preferred
- Two years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid programs and benefits
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) a plus
- Must maintain all required continuing education, licensing, and remain in good standing with the Department of Public Health
