What We Offer Competitive pay: $28–$30/hour $5,000 sign-on bonus

Up to $5/hour shift differential
12-hour shifts (Day Shift & Weekend shifts available)
Next-day pay available upon request

Employee appreciation events throughout the year Career advancement opportunities across South Carolina Position Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide direct nursing care while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality treatment. You will work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the clinical team Support and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care delivery

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required)
Current CPR certification required

Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills

Compassion for an underserved population
