PRN LPN – Clinic Nurse (Float – Sumter / Florence)
Job Type: Part-time | PRN (As Needed)
Pay: $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 12:30 PM (early morning availability required)

Treatment Specialists is seeking a reliable and flexible PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide float coverage across multiple clinic locations. This role supports clinic operations during staff absences, PTO, and scheduling gaps to ensure continuity of patient care.
The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and confident, working independently in a fast‑paced outpatient setting.
Responsibilities- Perform blood draws (phlebotomy) and TB skin testing
- Conduct and complete patient intakes and annual assessments
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards
- Provide patient‑centered care with professionalism and respect
- Support daily clinic workflow and operations as needed
- May administer medication as assigned
- Active South Carolina LPN license (unencumbered)
- Current CPR certification
- Strong phlebotomy skills (required)
- Candidates must be confident performing blood draws independently
- Experience with TB skin testing preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
- Ability to work early morning shifts consistently
- Experience in outpatient or fast‑paced clinical settings
- Experience performing in‑house lab work
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and confidentiality standards
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries and discretion
- Ability to adapt to new workflows and organizational standards
This PRN position supports the Sumter and Florence clinics.
This role may transition into a full‑time position in Sumter in late Summer, based on performance and clinic needs.
