Part‑Time $60–$65/Hour Regen Med Training Provided

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing integrative medical practice in Myrtle Beach, SC. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider interested in regenerative medicine, musculoskeletal care, wellness medicine, hormone optimization, functional medicine, and longevity therapies. Whether you have experience with injections or are looking to expand your skill set, we provide advanced training, mentorship, and ongoing clinical development.

• Perform new patient evaluations and follow‑up visits
• Review medical history, imaging, and diagnostic studies
• Develop individualized treatment plans
  
  Perform trigger point injections and joint injections
• Assist with regenerative medicine procedures
• Administer IV nutritional therapies and NAD+ infusions
• Provide hormone optimization and wellness consultations
• Educate patients on treatment options and lifestyle recommendations
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and charting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary providers

• Active South Carolina Nurse Practitioner License
• Interest in regenerative medicine, orthopedics, pain management, or functional medicine
• Experience with injections preferred but not required
• Passion for helping patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life
