MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA has an immediate opening for a Full Time Registered Nurse to provide home health visits for our MUSC Health at Home by BAYADA Office in Georgetown County, SC.

As a home health care RN, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home.

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient’s needs
• Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures as assigned
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Execute and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touchscreen tablet

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
• Minimum of one year recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
• Prior home care experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program, evidenced by school transcript or diploma
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
• Ability to travel to assigned cases
