UCHealth Memorial Hospital North, Colorado Springs, CO – Department: MHN High Acuity Med Cardiac
Full Time, 0.9 FTE – 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights
Pay: $35.29 – $54.71 per hour
Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 per year) to full‑time night shift RNs.
This is an onsite role; hybrid or remote options are not available.

• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program with less than 3 years of experience, or possess a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) healthcare provider certification and any relevant life‑support certification appropriate for the position level.
• 6 months of RN experience.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of hire.
• BLS or CPR card from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; the card must be valid for at least six months post‑start date.

• Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Value a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Prioritize wellness, a patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
• Model proficiency through precepting new nurses and educators.
• Welcome new knowledge in a fast‑paced, innovative clinical environment.

• Deliver direct care in specialty acute‑care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
