Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced School Nurse (RN) to join our team in Camden, South Carolina. As a School Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of students and staff in a school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor and provide care to students and staff with acute and chronic health conditions
• Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with special health needs
• Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Perform vision and hearing screenings, and other health assessments as required by state laws and regulations
• Develop and implement emergency care plans and respond to medical emergencies
• Educate and train school staff, students and families on health and wellness topics
• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to promote a safe and healthy learning environment

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of South Carolina
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program
• CPR certification
• Experience in pediatric or school nursing preferred
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
