Full Time, 0.900, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Nights

Note:

This is an onsite role only; hybrid or remote options are not offered.

Pay

$40.86 – $63.33 per hour, depending on relevant experience.

Night Shift Incentive Program: $1,600 quarterly ($6,400 per year) to full‑time night shift RNs and LPNs.

Responsibilities
  • Provides top of scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
  • Values a multidisciplinary team approach to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Prioritizes wellness, patient perspective, and evidence‑based practice.
  • Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth.
  • Welcomes new knowledge in a fast paced, innovative clinical environment.
  • Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care.
  • Direct care includes specialty Acute Care (Med‑Surg) units of moderate to high patient acuity.
  • Uses AMSN's core curriculum and various specialty certification standards as part of evidence based care models for each unit.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited or state‑board‑of‑nursing‑approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited or state‑board‑of‑nursing‑approved program within three years of assuming the Charge RN position.
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in hand before start date; card must remain current through sixty days of hire.
