Best Care Home Services is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one private duty care for a pediatric client in the home setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with medically fragile children and be comfortable managing respiratory support, including tracheostomy care and oxygen therapy.

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor and document vital signs, including oxygen saturation and heart rate
• Administer prescribed medications accurately and on schedule
• Perform tracheostomy care, including cleaning and maintenance
• Provide suctioning as needed to maintain airway patency
• Administer respiratory treatments, including albuterol treatments
• Monitor oxygen therapy and ensure proper equipment function
• Observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition to the physician and supervisor
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Educate and support family members as appropriate
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety protocols

• Current SC RN or LPN license (verified and maintained in good standing)
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (especially with trach and oxygen‑dependent patients)
• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized patient care plans
• Conduct assessments, administer medications and treatments, and monitor patient health
• CPR/BLS certification (Required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
