Nurse Practitioner - Vascular Associates

McLeod Vascular Associates is seeking a Nurse Practitioner!

• Minimum of a master’s degree as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Prior cardiovascular experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Valid SC RN license as Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) verified by the LLR.
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner by an approved accrediting agency.
• Prescriptive privileges or eligibility to apply.

• Maintain a professional image and exhibit excellent customer relations with patients, visitors, physicians, and co‑workers in accordance with Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
• Assess patient needs based on history, observation, physical examination, and diagnostic data.
• Record physical findings and formulate plans and prognosis based on patient condition.
• Plan, implement, and coordinate care to meet holistic age‑specific needs.
• Foster an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors.
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity.
• Perform physical examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines and physician instructions.
• Discuss cases with physicians and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan.
