Patriots Village State Veterans Home in Sumter, SC, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our outstanding team.
Wage: $32.00 - $35.52
Schedule: Full Time and Part Time (NOC open)

Placement within the wage range for this position is determined by years of experience, qualifications, and demonstrated ability to perform essential functions.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the supervision of the registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, licensed physician, or other health‑care provider authorized by the state, the LPN will participate in development, implementation, and modification of the comprehensive plan of care for facility residents and practice within the legal boundaries for practical nursing authorized by the state for delivering patient care and related services.
Qualifications- Must hold and maintain a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the operating state.
- Understand that state and federal rules and regulations govern the practices within the facility.
- Engage in continuing education credits in clinical subjects, management, and personal growth.
- Have working knowledge of infection control principles and practices.
- Demonstrate effective and positive communication with staff, residents, and family members.
- Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company software.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must pass criminal background investigation, reference inquiry, and vaccine mandate attestation requirements (vaccinated or proper exemption documentation).
- Recent clinical experience, education, or specialty skills in geriatrics.
