LPN​/RN - Addiction Medicine - Greenville, SC

Overview

Crossroads Treatment Centers is an outpatient clinic providing medication‑assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder across the U.S. The position of Licensed Practical Nurse / Registered Nurse (LPN/RN) supports patients in day‑to‑day care.

• Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per medical provider orders.
• Dispense daily and take‑home medication at the dosing window.
• Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
• Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation, including assessment for impairment, medication count, and compliance with documentation policies.
• Participate in nursing team meetings and cross‑treatment meetings.
• Connect with patients, offering empathy and a listening ear to those struggling.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license issued in the state in which they will be practicing, or a multi‑state compact license in good standing.
• 3+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood from collapsed veins is a plus.
• Active and current CPR or BLS certification preferred.

Monday–Friday; 4:40am–12:30pm. No 12‑hour shifts, no second or third shift, no on‑call.
