Job Overview
Under limited supervision of the Director of Chronic Disease Bureau, this position creates, maintains, streamlines, coordinates, and tracks processes related to federal and state cancer program activities. Responsibilities include quality assurance, grant evaluation, contract initiation and monitoring, audit compliance, identifying issues and corrective actions, and maintaining metrics.
Responsibilities- Create, maintain, streamline, coordinate, and track processes related to federal and state Cancer Programs activities.
- Conduct quality assurance and improvement of Cancer program activities.
- Evaluate grants, initiate contracts, oversee monitoring, and ensure audit compliance.
- Identify possible issues and corrective actions related to contract non‑compliance, payment of claims, and budget expenditures.
- Help identify and maintain program metrics.
