Injection Molding Quality Inspector Compensation

• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
• Work Scheduled hours 7pm to 7am will work 3 days on then 2 days off then 2 days on then 3 days off includings weekends, 12 hour shift.

Injection Molding Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections of injection molding products to ensure compliance with applicable specifications.
• Utilize measurement devices such as calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and digital force gauges to conduct testing procedures.
• Record inspection results and audit findings accurately using forms or SAP Quality Module.
• Report non-conformance issues to Quality and Production Management for prompt resolution.
• Maintain adherence to safety, environmental, and quality system standards.
• Monitor process control systems and detect trends in product quality where applicable.

Injection Molding Quality Inspector QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

· H.S. diploma (if hired after 01-Jun-2000). Internal transfers exempted.
Experience:

· 6 months QA experience or exposure
Knowledge, skills, or abilities required:

· Ability to navigate a computer in a Windows based environment.

· Use of measurement devices such as Calipers, Go/No-Go Gauges, Optical Comparators, Digital Force gauges and rules.

· An assessment will be applied to gauge proficiency of some of the above requirements.

· No Supervision of others.
