State of South Carolina in Region 4 is seeking a fisheries technician to support fisheries management initiatives. You will collect biological data using nets, traps, seines, and electrofishing gear, and process aging structures while maintaining neat data records.
You will maintain project watercraft and equipment, inform groups about activities, assist visiting scientists, and help schedule field activities and outreach events. Some meetings and workshops may be required.
