Position Overview
Retail Part‑Time Keyholder – Myers Park
Framebridge is a custom framing company that creates high‑quality, affordable frames with a quick turnaround. This role supports our in‑store brand, offers a flexible schedule with evenings and weekends, and focuses on outstanding customer service and team leadership.
Responsibilities- Set the standard of exceptional customer service and represent the Framebridge brand in the retail store.
- Support onboarding and training of new retail team members.
- Execute and improve operational activities to ensure a positive customer experience and achieve financial goals.
- Apply excellent listening, oral, and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coach team members.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and design advice, training staff accordingly.
- Answer questions and troubleshoot issues using sound judgment.
- Offer suggestions to innovate and enhance the retail experience.
- Help Framebridge deliver on the 100% happiness guarantee.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business.
- Experience as a key holder in a customer‑service, retail, or hospitality role.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Interest in design and excitement to work in a creative environment.
- Fast, eager learner of new tools, technology, products, and processes.
- Excellent time‑management, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Degree in art, design, marketing or relevant fields preferred but not required.
