Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shop Lead in South Carolina to support the team and uphold our core values of Speed, Quality, and Service. You will serve as a resource for shop employees and assist the Shop Manager in meeting needs while managing inventory.
You will lead by example, ensure proper inventory levels, and participate in mandatory trainings and meetings to maintain standards. The role requires 37 hours per week with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
