Our Implantable Heart Failure Management team is dedicated to transforming patient care through pioneering technology that enables early, targeted therapeutic intervention.
Responsibilities- Territory Management and Customer Engagement
- Strategic Collaboration and Market Penetration
- Clinical Support, Training, and Account Management
- Professional Development and Representation
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of progressive sales experience, or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria.
- Full knowledge of the strengths and limitations of assigned BU products and competitor products.
- Develops deeper understanding of own business, medical devices industry and selling environment of own territory.
- Full knowledge of account structures and developments in assigned territory.
- Full understanding of cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology relevant to EW medical products as it relates to the business.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strict attention to detail.
- Understands customer needs, feedback and objections and explains products to influence customer perception of value.
- Utilizes creativity and influencing skills with new or existing customers on buying decisions using tact and diplomacy.
- Adheres to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and takes adequate control measures to prevent injuries and environmental pollution.
Day and overnight travel by car, air, train, etc. will vary. Percentage of time is determined by Management.
