Member Experience Associate (Sales) - $26.95​/hr + commissions

Job Summary

The Member Experience Associate is primarily responsible for delivering outstanding service and value to our Members through genuine care, personal service, and meeting needs and expectations across multiple branch locations. The position rotates between branches depending on business needs.

• Performs fundamental customer interactions including Member Services and product sales.
• Adheres to branch operations in accordance with standard operating procedures and compliance.
• Promotes AAA products and services to achieve individual and branch goals.
• Identifies member needs, presents solutions, and closes opportunities.
• Provides consultative sales techniques and requires knowledge of all AAA products and services.
• Acts as an ambassador of Membership value and builds relationships with members.

• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Active listener, adaptable thinker, and strong communicator.
• Proficient with multiple computer systems and applications.
• Knowledge of AAA products, services, operations and fiduciary accountability.

• Ability to adapt communication style to different branch teams and member bases.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-4 years of work experience, including at least 1 year in a sales role.
• Sales experience is mandatory.
• Backgrounds in insurance, retail, hospitality, service industries, or call centers are highly valued.
• Current valid Driver’s License required; bonding/fingerprinting and P&C licensing may be required.

• Demonstrated success working with defined sales standards and goals.
• Customer Service experience.
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills with consistent achievement of targets.

Works in branch office environments where standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods is required. Must be flexible with shifts and travel between locations, including Saturdays. Physical activity may involve standing, sitting, bending and lifting up to 15 pounds.

Hourly rate ranges from $23.00 to $26.95, subject to incentive plans that include commissions. Employees can earn between $270 and $3,500 in annual incentives based on performance.
