Sales Associate

The Indian Land, South Carolina, Club Pilates Studio is currently hiring for a part-time Sales Associate (S/A). The S/A will be focusing on attracting new members and retaining existing ones, primarily through sales and excellent customer service, and will be the first point of contact for potential clients and existing members.

• Sales:
  Executing the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales for memberships, retail items, private training, and teacher training programs
• Tours and Relationship Building:
  Conducting tours of the studio and building rapport with individuals to understand their needs and wants
• Achieving Quotas:
  Maintaining personal sales production and booking quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas
• Promotional
  
  Activities:
  
  Participating in special events like health fairs and grand openings to promote the studio
• Customer Service:
  Providing stellar customer service to current members to help with retention

• Studio Operations:
  Assisting with day-to-day operations, client check-ins, and handling inquiries
• Administrative Tasks:
  Learning and using software systems (like Club Ready) and other duties as assigned

• Sales and Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills are essential. Public speaking skills are a plus
• Goal-Oriented:
  Ability to achieve sales goals across various offerings
• Computer Proficiency:
  Proficient computer skills are necessary
• Work Environment:
  Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Fitness Background (Preferred):
  While not always required, a fitness background or knowledge of Pilates can be a plus
