Product Specialist-Sales & Outreach

My Mobility Medics in Greenville, SC is looking for one product specialist-Retail sales & Rental Support to join our 5 person strong team. We are looking for someone with a proactive growth mindset, ready to propel our business with your creativity and innovative approach to sales and community interactions.

You will need to be a proven team player with a positive attitude and be able to adapt easily to your day as it unfolds.

The right person will interact with individuals, local agencies, and communities, attend networking events, and be responsible for online product support, sales in shop, marketing materials, daily operations, and ad-hoc projects as necessary to promote our vision.

• Sensitivity to working with “patients", families, and the community
• Ability to ask questions, determine client needs, and find equipment to best fit them.
• Interact with customers in the showroom, on the phone, and in their homes.
• Answer phone calls and return phone calls to customers as needed.
• Ability to meet with clients when requested
• Help establish and maintain a regional network of relationships with community organizations, senior communities, and individuals to promote My Mobility Medics and engage partnerships.
• Distribute information and demonstrate mobility solutions at community fairs, senior networking events, and health-related fairs.
• Manage retail showroom and coordinate all tasks associated with keeping inventory current.
• Maintain documentation and report on the progress of customer interactions, quotes, sales, etc.
• Serve as the expert for products sold by My Mobility Medics.
• Participate in meetings
• Collaborate with My Mobility Medics owners and team to meet objectives and budget
• Ensure work environment/space is safe for the use of equipment demonstrations and reset space when complete
• Adhere to attendance policies
• Pick up and remove equipment from customers’ residences if required for rentals.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances that apply to you and My Mobility Medics
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High School diploma or GED
• Current valid driver’s license
• Pass a criminal background check

• Associate or Bachelor Degree
• Previous experience, training, and certification in products sold and serviced by My Mobility Medics
• 6 months of experience selling or working with Home Medical Equipment in retail, personal residences single-family homes, apartments, assisted living/nursing home, etc.
• 6 months of experience working with the public in a liaison position
