Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by following site‑specific access control procedures and security‑related policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials, issue visitor and/or contractor access documentation, and report unusual activity or access concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, delivery disputes, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by controlling vehicle and pedestrian gates, documenting arrivals and departures, and maintaining accurate access logs and incident reports.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, including shipping, receiving, parking, and warehouse‑adjacent areas, as working environments and conditions may vary by site.

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• At this site there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
